(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Cape May, NJ.• Entry Ways (Three (3)): Spot check and clean floor mats in entrances and vacuum carpet/floor mats – (Front and Side): Spot clean glass at all interior and exterior entrances with glass cleaning product– Wash/squeegee all interior and exterior glass with all purpose cleaner• Reception Area:– Vacuum carpeting X– Wipe/sanitize counter surfaces X– Empty trash/recycling receptacles (replace liners).– Recyclables must be removed from liners upon disposal intorecycling bin. – Recyclables must not be ba88ed.• Elevator– Clean interior and exterior door with stainless steel cleaner– Clean and sanitize inside railing Wipe down walls – Sweep and wet mop (2) The contract period will be for one year.
