(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based unified communications as a service phone solution.– Fully hosted, cloud–based unified communications as a service (UCAAS) and cloud phone solution.– Provide a complete end–to–end solution, including discovery, network assessment, solution design, licensing, configuration, implementation, telephone number porting, endpoints, training, testing, cutover, documentation, support, maintenance, and coordination with the city's technology partners and other contractors.– The vendor will also provide softphone, browser, and mobile applications; microsoft 365/Entra id integration; e911 configuration and testing; implementation, pilot testing, user acceptance testing, cutover and rollback support; and comprehensive end–user and administrator training.auto attendants and call flows for 10–15 departments and facilities: multi‑level menu.– Cybersecurity, privacy, law–enforcement, and compliance requirements.– Device options: hard desk phones, common area and lobby phones, conference phones; stand‑alone softphone clients (windows/macOS); mobile app; microsoft teams integration.– Network assessment a full network assessment shall be a required component of the project.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.
