ACCT-26859 - USA (Linden, New Jersey) - Special Tax Expert Witnesses and Appraisal Services - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide special tax expert witnesses appraisal and services to the government authority located in Linden, New Jersey.– The special tax witnesses/appraiser will be responsible for, but not limited to, such tasks as fair market value analyses of various industrial, commercial and special purpose properties including City–owned properties as well as properties the City is involved in tax litigation with Findings are to be presented in full narrative reports.– The appraiser/special expert tax witnesses will also be responsible for reviewing appraisals or other engineering/cost reports prepared by other appraisal companies as well as the principal valuation analyses including, but not limited to, Highest & Best Use Analysis, Market/Sales Analysis, and Replacement/depreciation Cost Analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
