(1) Vendor needs to provide financial data collection service to the government authority located in West Columbia, SC. – Implement an Ed–Fi finance data collection and agency–aligned analytics solution that modernizes how Local Education Agencies (LEAs) submit, validate, certify, and report financial data to the agency.– Deliver, configure, and operate the following:• Integrate finance data submission through agency’s Integrated Data Collection System (IDCS).• Implement a chart of accounts management system operated by the agency.• Publish finance data from IDCS to state and district Ed–Fi ODS/API instances using the Ed–Fi API.• Implement and operate a multi–tenant analytics architecture for agency.• Implement finance analyst workflows for review, approval, and certification of finance data.• Produce required South Carolina financial reporting outputs exclusively from the analytics layer.• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to agency.• Deliver configurable validation rules, reporting windows, and role–based approval workflows.• Support both API–based submissions and standardized file–based submissions where required by agency policy.
