Description
The County of Volusia is seeking the services of a professional Construction Management/General Contracting (CM/GC) firm for construction of improvements to the County’s Southeast Regional Water Reclamation Facility (SERWRF) located at 325 Beacon Light Road, Oak Hill, FL. The purpose of the project is to provide treatment facility capacity expansion and effluent disposal to meet the anticipated growth within the SERWRF wastewater management system service areas, support elimination of septic tanks in the North Coastal Basin of the Indian River Lagooon, and support reducing nutrient loadings to the environment. The County intends to construct the project via the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) procurement process. Therefore, the selected CM/GC will be required to work cooperatively with the Engineering Consultant (Consultant) throughout design and construction.
