(1) Vendor needs to provide electrification, grid modernization, and strategic technology consulting services to the government authority located in Seattle, WA. – Support electrification strategy and portfolio strategy development efforts, including but not limited to technical and policy research, analysis, business case support, workshop facilitation, benchmarking, reports and grant writing. – Strategy development, including to messaging, brand strategies, dissemination strategies, social media, marketing strategies, community outreach plans, etc.– Program and project management support for transportation electrification, building electrification, grid modernization and capital improvement projects. – Operations and maintenance support of distributed energy resources (DER). such as microgrids and electric vehicle (EV) chargers.– Content development, including reports, handouts, and other print materials, web content, social media content, graphics, videos, and other messaging.– Portfolio dashboard development and tracking, software and technical solutions for projects. – Portfolio dashboard development and tracking.– Technical support for electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) and DER systems.– Monitoring and tracking of DER systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 04, 2026.(3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 28, 2026.
