(1) Vendor needs to provide after–hours janitorial services to the government authority located in Reedley, CA. – Clean and disinfect all fixtures, including but not limited to, handles, doorknobs, levers, faucets, water closets, toilet seats and lids, urinals, washbasins, receptacles.– Clean and disinfect walls behind washbasins and entrance doors.– Vacuum carpets and mats.– Change waste and trash receptacles liners.– Damp mop floors using a neutral cleaner.– Clean and disinfect all hard and soft surfaces.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–proposal conference will be held on August 20, 2026.
