INSU-6570 - USA (Albuquerque, New Mexico) - Medical/Rx Service - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide medical/rx service to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM. – A medical carrier who will provide a “bundled” medical & prescription drug plan, to include agency services, for medical claims administration, disease management, utilization and case management, and wellness.– Also looking for bundled stop–loss insurance.– Employee: Permanent employees (including those on probation), Elected Officials, and Unclassified employees working 20+ hours per week. No Retiree coverage.– Spouse: Legal spouse, including Domestic Partners (same and opposite sex).– Children: Birth to end of the month dependent becomes 26.– Date Eligible for Coverage: First day of current pay period.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
