(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, management and maintenance services using CMS. – The redesigned website shall serve as the primary digital marketing platform for the Bradenton Area and support visitor engagement, destination awareness, lead generation, and partner promotion.– Consultant will design a user–friendly website that highlights the Bradenton Area’s primary destination pillars, including beaches, outdoor adventure, arts and culture, and culinary experiences, through brand storytelling that utilizes existing brand assets such as video, photography, and blog content.– Consultant shall develop an original content strategy, including recommendations for creative campaigns and promotional opportunities that highlight the destination’s unique selling points.– CMS implementation, content migration, technical SEO optimization.– The Consultant shall lead a comprehensive audit of all existing website content to clearly define the target audiences, assess content performance, and determine strategic priorities for the new site.– An engaging, streamlined user experience that aligns with current accessibility standards.– A mobile–first design, fully responsive website experience.– Rich storytelling supported by blog posts, video, and photography.– Increased engagement through interactive content and dynamic features.– A strong sense of place that clearly positions the Bradenton Area within Florida and highlights the unique characteristics and diversity of its distinct geographic regions.– A marketing–driven website designed to generate meaningful conversions for featured industry partners.– Streamlined, well–structured content optimized for engagement, SEO/SEM performance, and AI–driven search discovery.– A meetings–focused microsite for the Bradenton Area Convention Center that aligns with the above priorities where appropriate, with a strong emphasis on both B2B and consumer–facing audiences, lead generation, and event planning resources.• Website Design & Development:– Discovery Phase: Research, analytics review, SEO audit, competitive analysis.– The Consultant will perform an SEO and AI copy audit of the destination to establish strong, organic storylines that can be optimized through brand storytelling on the website.– The Consultant will perform an audit of the existing bradentongulfislands.com website to assess current user experience, content interaction and performance, etc. to establish best opportunities for optimization moving forward.– The Consultant will be responsible for bringing all primary staff assigned to work on the redesign of the bradentongulfislands.com website into market for a discovery tour.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
