CONS-24646 - USA (Weld, Colorado) - Owner\'s Representative Service - Deadline October 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide owner's representative service to the government authority located in Weld, CO.• The Owner's Representative will serve as the City's day–to–day Construction Project Manager and primary project liaison between the general contractor and city management throughout final design, preconstruction, construction, closeout, and warranty.• The Owner's Representative shall organize routine owner–side coordination; manage the flow of project information, actions, and decisions; independently monitor cost, schedule, scope, quality, risk, and contractual performance; and present the City with timely recommendations and clearly developed decisions.• The project includes construction of the City Hall building as well as associated site preparation, earthwork, utilities and infrastructure, exterior improvements, landscaping, and other site–related work necessary to complete the project.• The City welcomes the proposer's recommendations regarding the appropriate level and frequency of project coverage based on the project scope, schedule, construction activities, and anticipated project risks. Proposers shall clearly identify their recommended staffing approach, anticipated hours or frequency of service, and associated costs.• Review final construction documents for alignment with the approved program, budget, City standards, and operational requirements; monitor resolution of City comments; and identify unresolved scope, coordination, constructability, or maintainability issues before construction pricing is finalized.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
