Gegenstand des Vertrages ist die Erbringung folgender Leistungen: Wartung und Inspektion sowie kleinere Instandsetzungsarbeiten im Rahmen der Wartung und Inspektion (nachstehend als "Wartung" bezeichnet) an technischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen (nachstehend als "Anlage/n" bezeichnet). Instandsetzungsarbeiten und Reparaturen bei Störungen bzw. Anlagenausfällen auch außerhalb der regelmäßigen Wartung an technischen Anlagen. Hinsichtlich der Einzelheiten der Leistungserbringung wird auf die Vergabeuntrlagen verwiesen.
