(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based macroeconomic forecasting and analytical platform. – The required products must provide ready access to historical and forecast macroeconomic, financial, and demographic data at the national, state, and Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) levels.– The Contractor must provide a database that consists of economic, financial, and demographic historical data of the U.S. economy at the national, state, and MSA level.– The historical database must include at least 1,500 economic, financial, or demographic data series at the national level, and at least 500 data series at both the state and MSA levels.– The Contractor will provide estimated historical data starting from 1990 (except where noted) for the data series.– The Contractor must provide forecasts of economic, financial, and demographic data at the national, state, and MSA levels that are, at a minimum, over a five–year time horizon (a longer horizon is preferred).– The Contractor must provide insightful written analysis and commentary of key economic and financial trends in the economy and of emerging risks to growth, plus commentary on key economic and financial data releases at the national level, on an at least a weekly basis.– Technical support must include telephone or electronic access to a user helpdesk, access to the Contractor’s staff of analysts and/or economists to ask questions or obtain clarifications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
