(1) Vendor needs to provide staff augmentation and public works inspection services to the government authority located in Santa Clarita, CA.• Provide supplemental inspection services for oversight of aspire fiber's citywide high–speed internet deployment and micro trenching operations. • Ensure proper roadway restoration, protection of city assets, minimization of impacts to residents and businesses, safe traffic control operations, continuity of business operations, and effective coordination and positive working relationships among all stakeholders, including aspire, residents, utility owners, developers, and other involved entities, as high–speed internet deployment and micro trenching operations are completed. • Coursework or training in civil engineering, construction technology, surveying, architecture, trigonometry, or a related field is highly desirable. • Provide oversight of activities affecting the public, including traffic control operations, lane closures, road closures, accessible pedestrian access, temporary parking restrictions, no parking signage, towing operations, and maintenance of and access to residences, businesses, and public facilities.
