The Tempe Union High School District would like to invite you to submit a proposal for Project Title . Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/tuhsd , no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Tempe Union High School District (TUHSD), on behalf of its high schools and in partnership with SAVE member agencies, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide graduation supplies and related services. The goal of this RFP is to establish one or more contracts that give schools a dependable, consistent source for the products that mark students' most important milestone. These include caps and gowns, tassels, honor cords, stoles, medallions, diplomas and diploma covers, announcements, class rings, and graduation keepsakes. Beyond supplying products, the District is looking for a partner that will work directly with campuses throughout the graduation season. This includes coordinating ordering timelines with each site, supporting students and families through on-site ordering assistance and flexible payment options, and customizing stoles and cords to recognize student achievement. Responsive communication, reliable delivery, and quality craftsmanship are central to this partnership. Through this solicitation, the District aims to replace case-by-case purchasing with competitive pricing, predictable lead times, and a streamlined process that benefits schools, graduation coordinators, and families.
