Eastern Gateway Infrastructure Master Plan and Circulation Element Amendment

Description

The City of Benicia is seeking to create a comprehensive Eastern Gateway Infrastructure Master Plan (EG-IMP) for the East 5th Street Priority Development Area (PDA). This plan will establish a strategy for addressing infrastructure constraints and provide a path for realizing the community's vision of a walkable and bike-friendly neighborhood within this PDA. As part of this project, the General Plan Circulation Element will be amended for alignment with the EG-IMP, as well as a recently adopted countywide plan and applicable requirements of State law. The consultant should be well versed with land-use planning, civil engineering and CEQA experience.
