(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation and benefits consulting services to the government authority located in Prairie Village, KS.• Provide consulting services to prepare a comprehensive compensation and benefits study in preparation for the 2028 fiscal year budget.• The comprehensive review should include an evaluation of other area cities and governmental entities as well as overall market trends to ensure market competitiveness, salary grade progression trends, new hire incentives, and compensation and benefits benchmarking.• Phase 1: This will involve review and evaluation of the written proposals by the agency.• Phase 2: This will involve interviews of the top proposals by the agency.• Phase 3: The Selection Committee will either move forward with the recommendation(s), request additional information from the respondents, or seek alternate consultant(s) among those interviewed.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
