(1) Vendor needs to provide pathways support service to the government authority located in Dublin, CA.     – The includes selective demolition, new partition walls, reconfiguration of existing office layouts, installation of a glass storefront entrance, and an operable partition between the two program areas. Interior finish work includes new flooring, painting, and acoustic ceiling systems.– During construction, all buildings will remain in service and be occupied during normal campus hours as this campus will remain active throughout the entire project.– The Contractor must maintain access to all buildings, sidewalks, and paths of travel at all times during the project.– Interior finish work includes new flooring, painting, and acoustic ceiling systems.(2) A mandatory pre–proposal job walk will be held on July 21, 2026.
