Description
General work description: The intent of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract for providing medical and vision benefits for active and retired employees of Frederick County Public Schools and their dependents. This will be a two-phase solicitation process. Phase One - Pre-Qualification Process. Bidders shall complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and submit it electronically prior to the date and time indicated on the cover sheet. Phase Two - Technical Proposal Process. Bidders meeting the minimum qualifications as outlined in the RFP will be invited to submit a technical and cost proposal.
