BANKING-9127 - USA (St. Louis, Missouri) - Investment Consulting Services - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide investment consulting services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO. – Provide general investment consulting services to the board of trustees and staff.– Present written quarterly reports to the trustees on the performance of the portfolio, asset classes and investment managers, including but not limited to analyses of gains and losses, benchmarks, asset allocation, pension universe comparisons, risk, and cures or recommendations to investment policy and asset allocation issues.– Perform investment manager searches and make recommendations as required by the trustees.– Perform and present a written asset or liability study to the trustees every 3 to 5 years, or as needed, in cooperation with the actuary.– Assist in preparation of the investment section of the annual comprehensive financial report.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
