(1) Vendor needs to provide security officer services to the government authority located in Lakewood, CA.• Prevention of site break–ins, vandalism, vagrancy, and other mayhem through diligent andresponsible security practices.• Monitoring of the CCTV system at all times while stationed on site, which includessurveillance feeds from HQ, LVL, ARC and the Annex, except when site walks areconducted. Graffiti, vagrancy, vandalism, and break–ins are significant concerns at this site.• With respect to the agency CCTV monitor, provide notification to the agency security officervia direct call in the event suspicious or questionable activity is observed at the agency site.• Conduct regular site walks (including electronic registering at the designated scanningcheckpoints), with time and sequence of the site walks randomly adjusted each day so thatanyone watching the site cannot determine a pattern of where the officer will be at anygiven time.• Observe and escort any unauthorized individuals from premises, calling the police whennecessary.• Security officer shall be equipped with a security company–supplied mobile phone (withcamera capability), two–way radio, high–intensity flashlight and other equipment necessaryto perform the function and duties of the post and to communicate agency.• Prevention of site break–ins, vandalism, vagrancy and other mayhem through diligent andresponsible security practices.• Conduct regular site walks (including electronic registering at the designated scanningcheckpoints), with time and sequence of the site walks randomly adjusted each day so thatanyone watching the site cannot determine a pattern of where the officer will be at anygiven time.• Observe and escort any unauthorized individuals from premises, calling the police whennecessary.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.(4) Mandatory Pre–Proposal Meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.
