(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based investigations tracking system. • Secure, efficient, and user–friendly Investigations Tracking System (ITS) to support investigation operations. • Solution should streamline case tracking, documentation, reporting, workflow management, and data retention while enhancing operational efficiency. • Software platform must be web–based and must contain customizable programs designed to manage, address, and resolve alerts/events/violations efficiently in a call center environment• Analytic software suite which includes – Case compliance scores, dashboards, multi–level compliance, historical data tracking, etc.• Software must have multiple security or permission levels.
