(1) Vendor needs to provide event planner service. – These events typically include advisory board meeting, general session and breakout sessions, registration, and evening entertainment options.– Prepare a day–by–day plan for on–site hotel staff, and service vendors listing chronological program details, include a contact list with responsibilities, and continually monitor hotel services.– Confirm room sets, audio–visual requirements in each room, catering and any other special arrangement.– Supervise all logistics for each event on the agenda.– Ensure each room has proper audio–visual equipment.– Meeting planner solution.– Travel (2–3 onsite planners). (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
