(1) Vendor needs to provide customized employment initiative services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.– Increase and sustain employment for people with developmental disabilities.– Provide customized employment services to strengthen these services and to bolster relationships with businesses to effectively develop appropriate employment opportunities for people.– Customized employment (CE) is a process for achieving competitive integrated employment through an employee and employer relationship that is personalized to meet the needs of both.– Offer individualized intermediate–level training and other technical assistance to providers based on results of the needs assessment.– Cultural assessment of a business partner.– Increased worker satisfaction gaining and practicing skills at businesses that have taken steps to strengthen their culture to support employment.– Newly developed supported employment processes. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10,2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
