(1) Vendor needs to provide surveying and civil engineering professional services to the government authority located in Denton, TX. – Provide surveying, platting, permitting and civil engineering services as needed for agency’s Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) projects. • Land surveying: – Deed sketches– Boundary surveys– Plats– Design surveys– Topographic surveys– Preparation of easement exhibits• Engineering:– Feasibility studies for site selections– Alignment evaluations and route planning– Coordination with other governmental agencies– Site plans– grading plans– Drainage studies– Design of support infrastructure (such as streets, drainage, water and sanitary sewer facilities)• Permit processing, including coordination with the agency and preparation of submittal packages for permits such as:– Specific use permits– Variances– Site plans– Clearing and grading permits– Building permits(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.
