(1) Vendor needs to provide owner's representative and project manager services to the government authority located in Coalville, UT. – The owner’s representative serves as the agency independent, full–time advocate and single point of accountability.– Provide on–site representation appropriate to the stage and intensity of construction, monitor the progress and quality of the work, and verify general conformance with the contract documents. – The proposed project manager has served as the lead owner’s representative or project manager on at least comparable projects through completion. – Predevelopment and design–phase services.
