(1) Vendor needs to provide film and other sign materials service.– Provide and deliver PVC film and related sign–making materials on an as–needed basis. – Intermediate calendared PVC film, approved equivalents, and other materials used for producing, mounting, laminating, installing, and removing signs and graphics.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
