Vendor needs to provide strategic planning consultant service. – Provide recommendations regarding the best process to develop a strategic plan, the organization envisions the scope of work being completed in the following stages: • Vision and goal setting: This will include consensus–building among a core group of agency leaders and staff to create a shared strategic planning vision that is clearly stated with challenging but attainable tactics, identifies opportunities to improve systems and is relevant to the agency’s current mission and vision.• Research and evaluation:– Provide recommendations for attainment of the data, with opportunities including but not limited to focus groups, surveys and conversations with stakeholders.– Creative engagement of our parents and students (current and future), staff and community is needed.• Creation of plan and statement of work:– This stage outlines the development of an actionable strategic plan that will serve as the blueprint for further work. – This plan should include an executive summary and a comprehensive plan identifying a shared vision, the process and methodology used to develop the plan, goals and objectives, strategies for progress and tactics for reaching them, a timeline for attaining stated strategies, the individuals responsible for execution and their specific roles, and opportunities for outcome measurement.
