(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA system maintenance and integration services. – Provide software support related to the SCADA system, including troubleshooting of existing software, programming to enhance functionality, licensing support, and implementation of software upgrades as needed– Troubleshoot, provide corrective maintenance, and provide licensing support of existing instrumentation and telemetry equipment– Evaluate and modify existing instrumentation programming and telemetry settings to provide enhanced functionality, reliability and flexibility– Develop SCADA design, integration protocol guideline documents, and facility planning reports for use by and their consultants– Equipment:i.
