(1) Vendor needs to provide English language teaching services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Strengthen English language proficiency and workforce readiness among participants in support of regional economic engagement, professional competitiveness, and stronger partnerships.– Improve the practical English communication skills of at least 500 participants through structured English language instruction programs focused on professional, academic, and conversational English.– Increase workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, and professional communication skills among participants through English–language activities connected to business, leadership, technology, and career development.– Expand access to high–quality English instruction opportunities for underserved audiences, including youth and emerging professionals outside traditional educational pathways.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
