(1) Vendor needs to provide coffee service to the government authority located in Goleta, CA. – The new train station is a state–of–the–art, multi–modal transit facility designed to enhance the travel experience for commuters, connect to local bus services, and serve as a community hub.• Hours of Operation • Staffing • Menu– Must offer a diverse menu of coffee and espresso beverages. A variety of teas, cold beverages (e.g., juices, sodas), and grab–and–go food items (e.g., pastries, sandwiches, salads) may also be available. • Product Quality • Sustainability (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 31, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.(4) The contract period will be one year.
