(1) Vendor needs to provide aviation marketing and creative consulting services. – Requested services include: Brand strategy creative and campaign planning, media buy management, production, social media and digital management, graphic design and special event support. – Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of a variety of airport–related marketing initiatives.– Provide professional aviation marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, creative, and consulting services to support agency's marketing, business development, air service development, passenger growth, and community engagement objectives.– Services shall include strategic planning, creative development, implementation, project management, and performance evaluation.• Strategic marketing planning and implementation.• Brand development, brand management, and strategic communications.• Development, management, and evaluation of integrated marketing and advertising campaigns.• Media planning, negotiation, purchasing, placement, and performance evaluation across traditional and digital media platforms.• Air service development marketing, airline partnership support, route launch campaigns, and passenger retention initiatives.• Creative services, including graphic design, copywriting, photography, videography, multimedia production, website support, and development of marketing and promotional materials.• Digital marketing, social media management, digital communications, and audience engagement initiatives.• Public relations, media relations, stakeholder communications, and public information support.• Planning, promotion, coordination, and execution of agency events, promotional activations, sponsorship activations, and community engagement initiatives.• Market research, customer surveys, focus groups, performance measurement, analytics, reporting, and strategic recommendations.• Strategic consulting, presentations, budget planning, and other professional advisory services supporting agency initiatives.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 30, 2026.
