Created by: Sheila Frieson Phone: 1-510-238-7316 Email: sfrieson@oaklandca.gov To provide the City of Oakland Fire Department with Ground Ladder Services, including service test for all wood ladders; halyard replacement; and heat sensor replacement that complies with The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1932 standard which recommends that all ground ladders go through an annual service test and inspection. This test is designed to assess the overall reliability of each ground ladder. Standards Services as needed for a period of three (3) years with an option to renew two (2) additional one (1) year agreement extensions. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the goods and/or services described herein. This Request For Quotation and any subsequent contract award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified within this Request for Quote. Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
