The purpose of this Request For Proposals is to solicit technical and cost proposals from qualified Respondents to implement water storage projects that integrate Dispersed Water Management practices to restore hydrology and retain excess stormwater within the Avon Park Air Force Range Sentinel Landscape boundaries. An OPTIONAL PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held on September 21, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. in the St. Cloud Field Station Conference Room, located at 3800 Old Canoe Creek Road, St. Cloud, Florida for all interested respondents.
