(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based developed enterprise resource planning API system.– Design, develop, and implement a secure, scalable, and modern application programming interface (api) layer for our in–house enterprise resource planning system– A standardized external integration layer limits its ability to communicate efficiently with modern third–party applications, cloud services, and partner systemsDatabase layer: microsoft SQL server.– Application framework: microsoft .net framework leveraging the model–view–controller architectural pattern.– Document storage platforms: supporting automated document routing, metadata synchronization, employee file indexing, and external contract or record management platforms.– Targeted Ecosystem Connectivity Providing a seamless bridge between and critical business vectors, specifically external human resources (HR) platforms, cloud infrastructure hosting environments, and distributed cloud document storage platforms.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026
