(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription and court reporting services. • Provide the agency with a certified, typewritten–verbatim transcription of each engagement, including a complete record of appearances. • Court reporting services may be performed either virtually (via approved online platforms) or in person, depending on the needs of the engagement• Transcript page shall be on standard 8 ½ x 11 paper.• Transcribed engagements shall include a title page with at least the following information: the topic of the engagement, the date, time and place of the engagement, and the list of appearances.• Paging shall be in a single series of consecutive numbering regardless of the number of days of the engagement• Stenographic notes, audio recordings, and other records of engagements from which the transcripts are made shall become the property of the Agency, subject to applicable confidentiality requirements.• Required to provide court reporting services with at least 24–hour advance notice from agency.
