(1) Vendor needs to provide peer support specialist services to the government authority located in Oregon.• Restore and expand a structured, evidence–based treatment court program serving justice–involved individuals with substance use disorders.• The program will maintain 15–20 participants concurrently, serving approximately 25 individuals annually. • Participants complete the program within 12–18 months through a structured five–phase model that gradually reduces treatment intensity as participants achieve stability and sustained recovery. • Peer support specialist that will provide transportation assistance, home visits, appointment accompaniment, recovery mentoring and crisis support to program participants.(2) RFP/RFI/Bid document has not been included.
