CONS-22925 - USA (San Diego, California) - Landscape Maintenance Service - Deadline August 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape maintenance service to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– Contractor shall maintain all plant materials and trees, which include, but are not limited to, performing trimming, pruning, watering, fertilization, weed control, cultivation, pest control, and clean–up.– Contractor shall provide a plant material maintenance method to keep the site in a state of perpetual growth and repair.– Provide irrigation maintenance which includes operation of the system, adjustments (as necessary), and lateral line repairs.– Contractor shall repair irrigation lines, controllers, backflows, valves, and wires as necessary.– Contractor shall ensure the sidewalks are cleared of plant material to prevent impairment of walking surface.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.(3) Mandatory site inspection will be held on August 10, 2026
