CONS-23339 - USA (Atlanta, Georgia) - Building Code Administration, Construction Management and Planning Services - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide building code administration, construction management and planning services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.– Support planning, zoning, and building code administration operations; to provide sitedevelopment construction management services including engineering review for land developmentsite development/infrastructure inspections, municipal separate storm sewer system, – Provide a building code team to facilitate building code and inspection services– Monitor and enforce adopted building codes; issuing stop work orders, investigating complaintsconcerning code violations, addressing any proceedings related to the correction of identifiedbuilding code deficiencies.– As currently exist and as may be amended, enforce the American disabilities act (ada)standards for accessible design and the accessibility code; including issuing stopwork orders, investigating complaints concerning violations, addressing any proceedings relatedto the correction of identified accessibility code deficiencies.– Enforce adopted codes with regard to unsafe structures, existing building, rental propertymaintenance and energy code compliance.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on September 3,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
