(1) Vendor needs to provide online application platform. • Provide an online platform and application for sharing information both by users and HIQA via text and video chat and thread–based conversations and recordable video town hall type presentations or webinars • Solution should support containerized deployments utilizing industry–standard technologies and be capable of deployment and operation on Kubernetes or an equivalent container orchestration platform• Platform shall support configurable branding through an administrative content management interface, enabling authorized administrators to update color schemes, logos, banners, and other visual identity elements without requiring vendor intervention.• Search Functionality: the platform shall provide robust native search capabilities, including full–text and partial–match search functionality across authorized content. users shall be able to search user profiles, discussion forums, chat rooms, resources, and other platform content using keywords, names, topics, or partial search terms.• Administration and Content Management: The platform shall provide a user–friendly and secure Content Management System (CMS) and administrative dashboard for authorized HIQA administrators.
