(1) Vendor needs to provide inspection and plan review services to the government authority located in Corvallis, OR.– Inspection and Plan Review Types: building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, hazardous materials, medical gas, and code enforcement or zoning. – Proposer shall provide to the City documentation of any design deficiencies found through plan review that require revision and correction.– Proposer shall re–review revised or corrected plans and provide subsequent correction documentation as necessary to verify the proposed design complies with current codes and adopted City codes.– Proposer shall complete Special Inspection Agreements and Final Summary documentation when applicable.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.
