(1) Vendor needs to provide hard drive destruction services to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.– Perform hard drive destruction and disposal services for IT equipment.– Destroy and dispose excess items that have hard drives or can retain data. Items that may require hard drive destruction services include CPUs, laptops, CDs, DVDs, USB Flash Drives, disk drives, magnetic tapes, servers, Blackberry devices, and cell phones.– Items such as phones where data and cannot be removed and destroyed separately, the entire item shall be destroyed.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
