EXTRA-74251 - USA (Windsor, Connecticut) - Facilities Design, Implementation Plan, Permit Registration and Monitoring Service - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide facilities design, implementation plan, permit registration and monitoring service to the government authority located in Windsor, CT.– Participate in a project initiation meeting with the town staff and stakeholdersfor the following purposes:a. Review the Scope of Services and confirm the project goals, objectives andexpectations.b. Review the project guideline/standards for the areas of interest.c. Refine the project schedule and project reporting protocol.d. Discuss the project budget.– Data Collection and mapping/survey1. Survey/plan preparationa. Review the project area to become familiar with the existing conditions.b. Develop mapping. Review all available existing mapping. Perform anexisting conditions survey of the project sites if required for permitregistration. The survey accuracy will be dictated by the requirements ofthe permit registration.c. Wetland flagging is not anticipated.d. Borings are not anticipated.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
