(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and visual upgrade and integration services to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.– Provide complete turnkey Audio/Visual (A/V) system for the newly constructed commission conference room.– Hardware, Associated Peripherals, and Software.– Be interoperable with all other components provided under this Contract and operate as a unified a VoIP system.– 75” Commercial Displays– Articulating Mounts – 65” Commercial Displays – Wireless Presentation System– A VoIP Core Controller– Control System– Touchscreen Control Panels– Hardware Video Switcher– Camera System– Audio System – Networked Audio– Conference, Discussion, Voting System– Audio Recording Engine– Managed Network Switch(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 22, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
