(1) Vendor needs to provide catering services to the government authority located in San Jose, CA.– Services shall include the preparation, delivery, setup, and breakdown of food and beverages for events varying in size, type, and service styles.– Breakfast (continental, hot breakfast, beverages)– Boxed lunches (main item, with two sides minimum)– Buffet–style meals (entrée serving minimum of 10)– Plated meals – Snacks and light refreshments– Dessert items, sweet treats– Beverages (coffee, tea, bottled drinks, etc.)– Special dietary meal(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
