(1) Vendor needs to provide head start pre–service all–staff development services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– Host Pre–Service meeting for the Head Start/Early Head Start Program. – This two–day event will bring together approximately 200 staff members for training and meals.• Large general session room to accommodate 200 guests. • Seating style: banquet–style preferred to be 8 guests per table. Buffet–style lunch service with two lines (dual–sided setup). • One table for AV equipment setup, with linen • Tables with linens for registration, laptops, and materials.• Space for a registration table seating 4–5 staff members. • Area must accommodate guest check–in lines comfortably.
