(1) Vendor needs to provide bulk mailing services to the government authority located in Hollywood, FL.• Provide daily and as–needed fulfillment and mailing services. Required services include barcoding, presorting, move updates, and commingling of First–Class letter and flat mail, including permit and metered mail.• The vendor must also provide same–day pickup and delivery of daily mail to the United States Postal Service, as well as processing of post–office–ready mailings such as utility bills, alarm invoices, and special–event communications.– Services include but are not limited to:• Barcoding• Presorting• Move updates• Commingling of First–Class letters• Flat mail (permit and metered mail)• E–Certified Mail• Same day pick–up and delivery to United States Postal Office daily(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
