DEBT-2131 - USA (Orlando, Florida) - Collection Agency Service - Deadline August 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide collection agency service to the government authority located in Orlando, FL. – The Contractor will perform legal collection services under the guidance of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), on certain accounts which have gone unpaid.– The Contractor shall provide the Company’s data disaster recovery plan within ten (10) days after award notification.– The Contractor shall provide an Irrevocable Line of Credit (ILC), equal to $20,000 (twenty thousand dollars) within ten (10) business days of award.– Within ten (10) days after contract award, the Contractor shall provide examples of collection notices and/or mailers currently used. Include examples used for government collections.– The Contractor shall provide resumes of ownership, management and key personnel including contact information, within ten (10) days after award notification.– Accounts shall remain with the Contractor until such time as the account is paid in full.– The Contractor shall have bilingual staff capability in Spanish and English.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
