(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Minnesota.• Collect trash from all receptacles and deposit in the nearest outside trash collection container.• Clean and disinfect restrooms and shower areas, including all fixtures such as toilet bowls, urinals, sinks, faucets, showers, floor drains, and dispensers. Refill dispensers with product supplied by the government agency.• Break room cleaning shall include sink, faucet and accessible counter top areas. The fixtures shall be free of scale, dirt, stains, streaks, residues, rust, scum, debris, and odors. Sweep floors.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business Set–Aside (FAR 19.5)
