Description
The City of Richmond (the “City”) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals for the services of experienced and professionally qualified engineering firms (the “Contractor”) with substantial professional experience in utility operations and the implementation of capital improvement program (“CIP”) projects to provide complete engineering services as related to consultation, studies, designs, investigations, and construction projects of the Department of Public Utilities’ Water Utilities (drinking water, wastewater and stormwater). It is anticipated that separate sets of contracts will be awarded for each of the three Utilities’ engineering services, with award of two or more contracts for each utility. The purposes, functions, criteria and general requirements for the scope of work on a particular project or task will be set forth in a Project Task Order issued to the Contractor.
