(1) Vendor needs to provide energy service company to the government authority located in Salem, OR. – To provide comprehensive energy and water management services and related capital improvements for various State and local government agencies.• Provide State and local agencies the opportunity to procure Services from qualified Energy Service Companies in a streamlined and cost–effective way; • Ensure Energy Service Companies meet the minimum qualifications needed to carry out successful Energy Performance Contracts projects.• Achieve savings through long–term, avoided energy and water costs; • Achieve reductions in energy and water consumption; • Achieve guaranteed energy performance, energy savings and water savings; • Obtain consistent levels of comfort and functionality; and • Maximize ancillary benefits that may accrue as a direct result of such energy–related services and capital improvements, such as environmental protection and the proper disposal of hazardous materials.
